DMCA Policy for Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew

Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same.   6. Deliver this Notice, with all items completed, to our Designated Copyright Agent via the contact method provided at the bottom of this page.

Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notification containing the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Please note that you will be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you materially misrepresent that a product or activity is not infringing the copyrights of others. Accordingly, if you are not sure whether certain material infringes the copyrights of others, we suggest that you first contact an attorney.

  • Identify the specific URLs or other unique identifying information of material that Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew has removed or to which Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew has disabled access.
  • Provide your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Include the following statement: "I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located (or if I am outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew may be found), and I will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person."
